My role
My role is to be a "hands on" CFO/Finance Director, actually implementing strategy to make it a reality. You should expect your interim CFO to look at the big picture including sales, marketing and operations and not just accounting and finance, and at the same time to focus upon on improving cash flow and process efficiencies.
As a contract executive you will expect Scott Consulting to control and direct resources and to implement ideas. This is not management consultancy. Scott Consulting is responsible to the company and to it's owners and/or shareholders as a part of the management team. The role can be part or full time and can last from weeks to months or longer depending on client needs and staff availability.
